40th Anniversary Instagram Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Promotion Overview
Ming Wang ("Sponsor") is hosting this sweepstakes ("Promotion") to celebrate its 40-year legacy and to engage its community. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram/Facebook). By entering, participants release Meta from any and all liability related to this Promotion.
2. Eligibility
Open to leagal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Ming Wang, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST ("Promotion Period").
Winner will be announced on June 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST via @mingwangofficial on Instagram.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, during the Promotion Period you must:
- Follow @mingwangofficial on Instagram;
- Like the official giveaway post; and
- Tag two (2) different friends in the comments of the giveaway post (each comment with 2 tags= 1 entry; multiple comments permitted).
- Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @mingwangofficial to receive one (1) additional entry.
- You must have a public account
- Tagging inactive, fake, or spam accounts will disqualify that entry. You may only tag real individuals.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Ming Wang e-gift card valued at $500 USD (Approximate Retail Value: $500). The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected on or around June 15, 2025 by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM and announced publicly on @mingwangofficial.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Winner Verification
The selected winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability/Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in
disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used only for
Promotion administration and in accordance with Ming Wang's Privacy Policy.
